Why JPort by SPeak にジョインした理由

When I thought about what I would need for shukatsu in the future, I realised that gaining practical experience in the real world as a student through an internship would be essential. Also, having spent half of my life overseas, I have always dreamed of working in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds. As I researched various companies, I came across JPort.I believe there are unique experiences that can only be gained in a startup environment, and I hope to grow alongside JPort as the company expands even further.

将来就活をするにあたって、必要なものは何かと考えた時に「インターン」として学生の間から実践的な場所で社会経験を積むことが必要になってくると思いました。そして人生の半分を海外で過ごしてきた者として国際的で多種多様な人たちと働ける場所が理想でした。様々な企業を調べ、JPortに出会いました。就活の情報をどこから、何から調べればいけないのかがわからなかったからこそ、情報を提供する側に回れば自分のためにもなると思い、インターンとして働くことを決意しました。スタートアップだからこそ経験できるものがあると信じ、JPortの成長と共に自分自身も成長できたらいいなと思います。
