About
Social Background
Japan's declining population, saturated domestic market, and intense competition for talent have made the internationalization of business and society inevitable. At the same time, Japan’s unique attractions—such as public safety, proactive policies to attract highly skilled young global talent, rich culture and content, geographical and psychological proximity, and a wide range of Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies across various sizes and industries—have drawn talented young people from around the world to study in Japan, leading to a notable increase in international students over recent decades. However, Japan’s “The Job-Hunting” culture presents the first significant barrier for these young global students, as the employment rate after graduation is only around 35%, despite a strong desire among them to work in Japan. Additionally, three major challenges—career, finance, and living—continue to affect the global community residing in Japan.
Our Mission
Our first phase aims to transform “The Job-Hunting” process by eliminating inefficiencies, challenging the status quo, supporting career development, creating employment opportunities for young global students, and giving companies access to talented global candidates. In the second phase, we will build a truly borderless society by creating a unique social infrastructure that maximizes and optimizes the lifetime value of young global students, addressing the three major challenges they face in Japan—career, finance, and living. Our goal is to make Japan a leading country in the field of young global talent.
“We aim to create a space where companies and global talent can connect seamlessly. When a company becomes borderless, bringing together first-class talent from around the world without distinctions of ‘Japanese’ or ‘foreign,’ the next generation will live in a world where engaging with new cultures and languages is not just an opportunity but a given. A world where every day is borderless—that is the society we will create.”
