Work Environment

WeWork Nishi Shinjuku

A borderless environment provides an at-home feeling regardless of nationality. Full-time members work at the office face-to-face every weekday, while interns/freelancers work remotely or face-to-face, depending on the location.

Selection Process

As the community team at JPort by SPeak, we’re building a future where international students in Japan don’t have to navigate life after graduation alone. 具体的な業務内容　What You'll Be Doing ・日本全国の留学生にリーチするための企画の立案・実施（例：留学生奨学金、就活イベント、交流会など） ・Instagram・TikTok・LinkedInなどのSNS運用とコンテンツ制作を通じた認知拡大・エンゲージメントの向上 ・SEO最適化、Google広告、AIを活用したチャネル開拓によるJPortへのアクセス向上 ・JPort Match掲載企業の求人情報を学生に対して魅力的に発信・プロモーション ・JPortのプロダクト改善や学生体験向上に向けたアイディア出し・提案 ・学生団体・インフルエンサー・その他外部パートナーとの関係構築・連携による認知拡大 ・JPortコミュニティ内で、Senpaiと学生の相互支援を促すイベントや活動の企画・運営
・Plan and execute initiatives and campaigns to reach international students across Japan (e.g. International Student Scholarship, job-hunting events, networking opportunities) ・Manage and create content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to grow visibility and engagement ・Improve student access to JPort by optimizing SEO, managing Google Ads, and exploring AI-driven channels ・Promote job opportunities from JPort Match partner companies to students effectively ・Contribute ideas to enhance JPort’s products and student experience ・Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, influencers, and other external partners to expand our reach ・Organize events and activities that strengthen peer support between students and senpais within the JPort community
